amazing getaway!
updated minibargreat staffspa facilities
I had a swim up room and it was so large! it also felt spacious! the reception staff helped me a lot and knew a lot too! getting the preferred option was definitely worth it. The mini bar was updated every day and i had access to everything! i really appreciate breakfast in portofino restaurant. It had plenty of options and was always full no matter when i arrived! the staff were really great and always smiling!
i feel that basic spa facilities should be included in the price! i did get a massage though, and it was magnificent! next time i hope it is included!

The hotel offered several restaurant options including seafood, grill, sushi, and italian cuisines! the world buffet restaurant provided many choices with attentive service! breakfast at portofino was a great experience. It had an extensive menu and prompt refills.

The hotel overlooked the sea and mountains! it was in a quiet area with a short walk to the marina. I enjoyed the shops, restaurants, and cafes there! the location was perfect! though the parking was expensive.

kind staffcomfortable bedeasy accesslimited equipment
the staff was kind and helpful. my room was a double room preferred club. it included a very comfortable bed and well-stocked mini bar, refilled daily. i particularly enjoyed the easy access to the preferred pool area.
the gym was a bit limited in equipment. dumbbells only went up to 20kg, and there were no olympic bars. lower body training options were also minimal, disappointing.

the hotel boasts an EXCELLENT location. the marina is a short walk away and offers a variety of restaurants and bars. i found the area peaceful and easy to navigate, with convenient access to local amenities.

I enjoyed the hotel's location, a short walk to the marina (it is very handy!). The grounds are well maintained, including the gardens and pool area. I thought the staff were wonderful, doing everything to help.
The service preparing drinks could be slow when busy.

The food had lots of choice daily. There are multiple restaurants offered, including sushi and Portofino. Breakfast had a big selection, with freshly prepared items on the a la carte menu. fruit and cereals.

The rooms were clean and spacious with comfortable beds. Air conditioning is effective and efficient. The rooms were also quiet. Sunsets can be viewed from the balcony.

i had a wonderful honeymoon the room had a great view of the resort and sea. the staff was very helpful throughout my stay. food options were varied and of high quality i did not need to leave the resort.
i noticed the sports bar could open earlier during the day.

the suite had upgraded toiletries and a mini fridge restocked daily. a large bed and a big tv were included. the terrace offered sea views with some railing obstructing direct eye-level visibility.

the gym was well equipped. the preferred club included a lounge with drinks. the preferred pool area was accessible though not always controlled. the spa looked nice and provided couples massages.

the hotel sits in a quiet area. the marina is within a short walking distance. the area offers a pedestrian connection to restaurants. access to the airport is approximately a ten-minute taxi ride.

the staff provided excellent service in the restaurants. the reception staff was cute and friendly. there was occasional slowness in waiter service around the preferred pool. some staff demonstrated better attentiveness than others.
